“Palmetto Bowl Softball” is a one-of-a-kind community event featuring current University of South Carolina football players competing against current Clemson University football players in a celebrity softball game.  Staged in a high-energy, fast-paced format featuring special guest appearances, numerous unique on-field interactions and celebrating one of college football’s biggest rivalries – with in-state bragging rights on the line!

Based on the successful “Battle For Vegas” annual event featuring Vegas Golden Knights (NHL) current players “battling it out” against Las Vegas Raiders (NFL) current players in a softball event. Hometown Sports LLC has evolved the concept to feature some of college football’s biggest rivalries – and to serve as a celebration of great in-state rivalries, fan bases & unique traditions.
